I am glad I called Emergency Response. When my home was damaged, I didn’t know what to do or who to call. I did an Internet search and found Emergency Response and decided to call them based on their credentials and positive reviews. I expected the best and I GOT it! When my world was spinning out of control, Emergency Response came in, fixed everything, and handled everything professorially and courteously. I never got the impression of being talked down to and all of my questions and concerns, even the redundant ones, were addressed. Best of all, it didn’t cost me a penny! Aside from the outstanding workmanship and professionalism this company displayed during the work, they billed my insurance company for me and, aside from a phone call or two, there was NOTHING I had to do. This company gets an A+ in my book! I highly recommend Emergency Response Restoration to ANYONE who has suffered water damage to their home or business!

I highly recommend Emergency Response. I am a property manager and had an incident where the roof leaked on a newer home. It was not a good situation. I had a tenant in place, which Jimmy was great and worked very quickly to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. His one goal was not to disrupt the tenant as much as possible, and he succeeded in doing so. His crew was very professional. Jimmy used the camera to check for moisture in areas that are not visible to the eye. The work was so good that you would never know that there was a major roof leak. They work quickly and have a lot of high tech equipment. You can totally count on Jimmy and his crew to do a great job and stand by his work. He will get the job done !!! The owner and I thank you for a job well done.

Jimmy came out to our home and was expedient in his response time, he was very impressive and professtional and I would highly recommend his company to anyone. His equipment is top of the line and he went above and beyond the call of duty to search out all of the mold in our home.

While away, we had a water leak in our home and came home to a complete mess. Immediately I called Emergency Response Restoration. Jimmy came out immediately and looked at the water damage that we had. Also he brought a thermal imagine camera which showed additional water damage that was not visible by the eye (which was truly amazing). His crew began work immediately and the job came out immaculate. You would have never known there was any damage to our home due to their professionalism. We are extremely pleased with their work and would highly recommend them in again in the event of another leak or flood. Thanks again Emergency Response!

A class operation. Prompt and honest. Jimmy explains all things to the customer. Air tests are quite efective and thermal imaging is fantastic. I would highly reccomend this service to anyone who suspects mold in their home.

Jimmy was fantastic! It is rare that you get this level of service from any company. He resolved our mold problems, but more importantly, he put my wife and I at ease. GREAT SERVICE…. COUPLE MONTHS AGO WE HAD SO MUCH RAIN AND WATTER GOT INTO OUR HOUSE IN 2 ROOMS, WE DID NOT KNOW WHO TO CALL UNTIL WE FOUND JIMMY, HE CAME RIGHT AWAY, LOOK AROUND WITH HIS FANCY CAMERA AND SHOWED US ALL THE WATER SPOTS…IT WAS IMAZING TO SEE THRU YOUR WALLS. RIGHT AWAY MY HUSBAND TOOK OF THE BASEBOARDS AND JIMMY SET UP ALL THE HEVY DUDY FANS… I FELT LIKE I WAS IN AIRPLANE FOR 3 DAYS. JIMMY CAME BACK EVERY DAY TO CHECK ON IT UNTIL EVERYTHING WAS DRIED.
